| Founded in 1947 by Adolf Flury-Hug in the canton of Soleure and, since 2002, member of the international group Festina-Lotus, the watch brand Candino manufactures its products with state-of-the-art technology while also maintaining traditional Swiss watchmaking expertise.
The Swiss Made quality seal epitomizes the sheer excellence of Swiss-made products. To obtain this recognition, Candino has to work within the stringent criteria of the Swiss watchmaking tradition, while using the most advanced materials and technology and carrying out quality control checks at every stage of the manufacturing process. To keep in step with an ever-evolving market, Candino has constantly modernized its production facilities and management principles.Candino produces some 2000 watches a day at its Herbetswil factory. Candino develops its own models, and its production breaks down between 80% quartz movements and 20% mechanical movements. The brand is present in 65 countries. |
